Kids

Hookwise asks kids for nothing. The agent nickname, colour and stars are kept only in the browser on the device they play on. They are never sent to us. There are no accounts, no chat with other players, no ads and no tracking pixels.

Grown-ups who buy the family pass

Payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe gives us the email address used to pay, so the pass can be opened on another device with that email. We keep that email, the amount and the date. We don’t sell or share them.

Counting

We count steps in the game without names or devices (for example, how many agents were made, or how many people opened the checkout), to know if the game works.

Questions or deleting your data

Reply to your Stripe receipt from the email you paid with and we will delete it.
